District 2 Rose Ticket Lottery

Every year, the Tournament of Roses gives each City Council Member tickets to distribute to their Council District. In District 2, the preferred method is by lottery. If you live in District 2 and would like to enter, here are the details.

Parade tickets are free.
Rose Bowl Game tickets are sold at cost, plus a PayPal fee.
You cannot resell the tickets for a profit.
You must live in District 2 and have a photo ID with a District 2 address to enter.
All entries must be done on this website.
You may request tickets for both events but can only win tickets for one event.
Maximum number of tickets for either event is 4.
Only one winner per household.
Last day to enter is Sunday December 4, 2022.
Winners will be notified by e-mail.
Payment for game tickets is due by Sunday December 11, 2022.
Payment will be made through PayPal.
Parade tickets are physical tickets and will need to be picked up.
Game tickets are e-tickets and will be delivered via email once they have been paid for. There are no physical game tickets this year.
Game tickets are digital and require a smart mobile device.
Once digital game tickets are transferred, you must accept them within 48 hours.

3. Certify and Accept
I understand that I need to live in District 2 to enter and that if I win, I will need to show my picture ID with District 2 address. Furthermore, if I am selected as a winner, I understand that my name and the number of tickets won will be posted on the City's website. I understand that Rose Bowl Game tickets are intended for my use and if, for some reason, I cannot use them, I have to sell the tickets at face value only.
