Every year, the Tournament of Roses gives each City Council Member tickets to distribute to their Council District. In District 4, the preferred method is by lottery. If you live in District 4 and would like to enter, here are the details.

  • All tickets are electronic and require a mobile device.
  • You may request tickets for both events but can only win tickets for one event.
  • Parade tickets are free.
  • Rose Bowl Game tickets are sold at cost, plus a PayPal fee.
  • You cannot resell the tickets for a profit.
  • You must live in District 4 to enter and win.
  • All entries must be done on this website.
  • Only one winner per household.
  • Enter by midnight, Sunday December 8, 2024.
  • Winners will be notified by e-mail.
  • Payment for game tickets is due Thursday, December 12, 2024.
  • Payment will be made through PayPal.
